Blazer Jobs is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, on-site position in Claremont, New Hampshire, for the 20252026 school year.
This role is ideal for a compassionate and collaborative professional who is passionate about helping students build essential life and learning skills in a supportive school environment.
About the Role
As a COTA, youll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students in developing the skills they need for classroom participation, independence, and success.
You will:
- Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans designed by the OT
- Support students in fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skill development
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote inclusive learning
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Help create engaging, student-centered therapy sessions
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire COTA License (required)
- Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $30 $40+ per hour (based on experience and certification)
- Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week | MondayFriday
